Employee leasing through Company Keys,Inc. is a Co-Employment arrangement in which we as your PEO acts as the admistrative employer and the client continues to be the onsite employer. As your PEO, our services include HR Related Services, Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits and Risk Management. As the client, you manage the work site employees. Your actual operational management and duties remain the same as before you leased employees through us. However, the back office related functions and responibilities shift to us as we do all employee related administration and payroll processing.
